This is part of the bird collection artworks. Using card made in cut-out technique with applique pieces on top. Feather details placed on top to make it rich and elaborate piece of work. Placed in a plexi clear box, a light source can be applied to it and cause the shadow to appear on the surface behind it. This offers a different dimension.
